The British royal family has recently faced numerous negative comments and conspiracy theories, which began after Kate Middleton’s operation in mid-January.
Meanwhile, King Charles underwent surgery for an enlarged prostate, and then cancer was discovered, after which Prince William began to appear less in public, following Queen Camilla’s decision to take a break.
And while many wonder if the Crown is hiding something from the public, new concerns have arisen as Kate Middleton’s uncle, the Duchess of Wales, enters reality television.
Kate Middleton’s uncle in reality
Gary Goldsmith (58), the brother of Kate Middleton’s mother, Carole Middleton, will participate in “Big Brother,” which will premiere tonight, and the Palace is reportedly concerned that he could speak about Middleton and the royal family on camera.
“Gary said that Kate Middleton’s parents gave him a lesson,” a source close to the new reality show participant told The Sun.
“They are not happy that he will enter the ‘Big Brother’ show. It infuriated them. Kate currently does not need this stress.”
The source added that the topic of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could be targeted by Gary.
Goldsmith checked into a hotel in London before entering the show, and he will appear on live television tonight. However, despite the general concern that he might reveal, people close to him emphasize that he only has praise for his granddaughter.
He was among those invited to her wedding to Prince William in 2011, as well as when her younger sister Pippa Middleton married billionaire James Matthews six years later.
“In the eyes of the public, Gary became the black sheep of this family. Carole is his sister, so he will always have love, but they no longer agree on many things,” the source added.
“He says he doesn’t have their blessing to enter the ‘Big Brother’ house, but he’s certainly going in there with a lot of enthusiasm.”
Goldsmith reportedly wants to “defend his family” and “would never do anything to embarrass Kate, nor William, because he holds them in high regard.”
“He says he knows what he’s doing and told his friends that he won’t do anything to harm his family,” emphasized the anonymous source.
